A lost connection no longer ends the payment, and if the terminal has not answered after six minutes the sale is marked unconfirmed rather than failed. A failed terminal charge can be retried in place on the same device from the order's transaction list or the transaction detail, without ringing the sale up again. Pending and confirming transactions now show a status label. • Campaign results: every sent campaign shows a conversion funnel on its detail panel — sent, delivered, opened (email), clicked and converted — with the rate at each step, attributed bookings and when the figures were last refreshed. • Insights gains a Campaigns report next to the Customer report: headline tiles, the funnel across every campaign in the date range, an audience breakdown with exclusion reasons, and an SMS versus Email table. • Campaign call to action: choose "Book Now" or no call to action instead of pasting the booking link into the message.
